A Romanian company has developed a new generation of architectural lighting fixtures with a color rendering index (CRI) of 97, closely resembling natural light. Lyset is the only manufacturer in Romania offering this performance, and among the few in Europe to combine this specification with TM-30 and UGR under 10. The founders aimed to provide high-quality, adjustable lighting for homes that enhances visual comfort and interior aesthetics. The CRI indicates how accurately artificial light reproduces colors compared to natural light, with a CRI of 97 allowing for nearly identical color rendering. Lyset's products are designed to reduce visual discomfort and fatigue, making them suitable for various environments. The company oversees all production stages and collaborates with two partner factories in China for quality control and optimization. Their technical direction is informed by experience in complex HoReCa projects, including lighting for Swissôtel Poiana Brașov.
