TotalSoft, a Romanian software company, is opening a new office in Dubai to serve as a regional hub for its Charisma suite in the MENA region. This expansion follows its growth in Germany and Moldova, aiming to support local partners and projects. The CEO emphasized the importance of establishing a strong regional presence rather than just selling software. Charisma, developed since 1998, offers a wide range of solutions for various industries and is designed for companies operating across multiple countries. TotalSoft plans to invest significantly in Charisma's development and has already established partnerships in MENA. The company, founded in 1994, is currently majority-owned by the Turkish group Logo Yazılım, with plans for a management buyout that could change its ownership structure by 2027.
