O companie daneză pregătește proiecte de peste 2.300 MW în România. Numai investiția eoliană din Botoșani depășește 1 miliard EUR - StartupCafe

Danish company Eurowind Energy has secured Technical Connection Approvals for seven renewable energy projects in Romania, totaling 2,307.4 MW capacity. Nearly half of this capacity is in Botoșani, where nine wind farms of 1,188 MW are planned, with an investment exceeding 1 billion EUR. The projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage, are set for connection to the energy system after 2030, contingent on grid reinforcement. The largest project is in Botoșani, followed by a 900 MW wind project in Constanța. Eurowind is also developing additional projects in Prahova, Brăila, and Galați, while currently constructing 138 MW across three sites. The company has been active in Romania since 2011 and operates in 16 markets worldwide.
