O bere neobișnuită face furori: ingredientul vine din fabricile de electrocasnice

A craft beer made from leftover rice has gained popularity in Japan, thanks to Zojirushi Corp's innovative approach to food waste. The company transformed rice used in testing its cooking appliances into beer, achieving impressive sales in a short time. The first beer, "Hare to ho," was launched in 2023, followed by "Zo no mai" in 2026, both aimed at raising awareness about food waste. Zojirushi plans to further utilize leftover rice to minimize waste and create new products.
