O bancă din România și-a tăiat aproape 40% din rețeaua teritorială. Patru sucursale, închise dintr-un foc - StartupCafe

TechVentures Bank has significantly reduced its branch network due to financial losses and capital consolidation measures. The bank closed branches in Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Craiova, and Sighișoara, leaving only eight operational units. This decision, approved unanimously by shareholders, reflects a broader strategy to strengthen the bank's financial position after reporting substantial losses in recent years. The bank, originally established by Valer Blidar, underwent a rebranding in 2020 when Vasile Olimpiu Bălaș acquired a majority stake. Despite new investments, the bank continues to face financial challenges, having reduced its branch count from 13 in 2024 to eight currently.
