A recent analysis by Termene reveals that the likelihood of companies facing lawsuits increases significantly with their size, rising from 7% for micro-enterprises to 52% for larger firms. This trend is attributed to operational exposure, as larger companies engage in more contracts and relationships, leading to potential disputes. Out of over 2.5 million active firms, 174,465 are currently defendants in legal cases, while 31,718 have tax debts. Combining these factors indicates that approximately 7.56% of active firms exhibit visible risk signals.
