Pițurlea also addressed the evolution of the workforce in construction, increasingly relying on foreign labor, and the succession process to his son, Radu. Concelex, established in 1994, has completed over 1,000 projects, including significant infrastructure like the Steaua Stadium and hospitals. The company is expanding into renewable energy with new projects.
