Numărul firmelor dizolvate a crescut cu 13% în prima jumătate a anului față de aceeași perioadă a anului trecut

The number of dissolved companies increased by 12.95% in the first half of 2026, reaching 29,818 compared to 26,400 in the same period of 2025, according to ONRC data. Most dissolutions occurred in Bucharest, followed by Cluj and Ilfov. The highest increases were noted in Calarasi and Ialomita, while Mehedinti saw the largest decrease. The wholesale and retail trade sector had the most dissolutions, totaling 5,371 nationwide.
