BT Capital Partners has reached 35,000 trading accounts opened via the BT Pay app, doubling since June 2026. This growth is driven by the integration of investment services in BT Pay and the launch of the BT Romania ETF. Most new investors come from the Private and Premium Banking segments, with significant account openings in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Constanta, Iasi, and Timisoara. CEO Daniela Secară highlights the increasing accessibility of investments and a shift in mindset towards long-term wealth building. Over 90,000 individuals invest in the Bucharest Stock Exchange through BT Capital Partners, which has surpassed 40 billion lei in net assets.
