Numai 3 din 10 cumpărători români spun că nu au avut probleme cu achizițiile de pe platforme ca Shein, Temu și AliExpress (studiu) - StartupCafe
A study reveals that only 34% of Romanian respondents had no issues with online purchases from platforms like Shein and AliExpress, compared to 54% in the Czech Republic. Price remains the main attraction for consumers in Central and Eastern Europe, with 84% of Romanians citing it as their primary reason for shopping on these platforms. However, Romanian consumers shop less frequently and report less predictable experiences than their counterparts in other countries. Concerns about product quality and safety are prevalent across all markets, with 43% of Romanian respondents expressing these worries. The findings highlight a regional trend where low prices attract initial interest, but trust and quality affect regular purchasing habits.
