Nuclearelectrica își schimbă conducerea. Ministerul Energiei cere cinci noi administratori

The Ministry of Energy is convening the General Assembly of Nuclearelectrica to approve the selection of five new board members following the resignation of CEO Cosmin Ghiță. The Ministry, as the majority shareholder, will oversee the selection process in accordance with corporate governance laws. The new board will subsequently appoint a new CEO. Ghiță's resignation comes amid operational challenges at the Cernavodă nuclear plant, which is currently affected by low water levels in the Danube. Romania has been under an energy alert since August due to production issues.
