She emphasized the need for more practical learning rather than lengthy lectures and called for improvements in the faculty's approach. Ciobanu expressed gratitude to her supporters and urged the faculty leadership to address these issues. She concluded by hoping that the establishment of a new Faculty of Health Sciences would enhance the training of future students.
