Nu doar ce mănânci contează. Și ora la care iei masa ar putea influența sănătatea creierului
A study suggests that limiting daily eating to eight or nine hours may enhance cognitive health in older women, despite similar weight loss as traditional diets. Researchers observed 47 overweight women aged 50-79 over six months, with half following a restricted eating window. Results indicated that those with a shorter eating period showed better spatial planning and problem-solving skills, although weight loss was comparable across both groups. The findings highlight potential cognitive benefits from time-restricted eating, as presented at the Nutrition 2026 conference.
