Noul pod hobanat din Arad intră în reparaţii, la nouă luni de la inaugurare. Problemele apăruseră chiar de dinainte de deschidere

The newly opened suspended bridge in Arad, costing 165 million lei, is undergoing repairs due to issues with the sidewalks and bike paths. The surfaces, initially covered with tar instead of asphalt, began to detach within six months. While one side is closed for repairs, pedestrian and bike access remains available on the other side. The municipality is currently removing the damaged tar and plans to use funds from the contractor's guarantee for repairs. Residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the work, noting problems shortly after the bridge's opening. The bridge faced structural issues even before its inauguration, leading to delays and penalties for the contractor.
