The CDC has identified romaine lettuce from Mexico served at Taco Bell restaurants in five states as the outbreak source. Overall, Cyclospora cases have reached a record high in the U.S., with over 4,100 confirmed cases reported since May 1, and investigations into more than 7,400 probable cases ongoing across 41 states.
