Former Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete visited the new Neurosurgery and Neurovascular Pathology Center in Cluj-Napoca, calling it a historic moment for Romania's healthcare system. He highlighted the modern facilities and the project's near completion, which was once just a plan. The center will have 109 beds, including intensive care, and will treat complex neuro-surgical and neurovascular conditions for all ages.
