The changes come as the group expands its portfolio, including a new bistro in Constanța and significant investments in production and restaurant modernization. The company aims for a revenue target of 100 million euros in 2026, building on a consolidated revenue of 90 million euros in 2025. The new leadership team, all of whom have grown within the company, will focus on adapting to the needs of younger generations and enhancing customer experience across locations.
