This includes contributions from foreign pensions exceeding a certain threshold. ANAF will notify individuals who fail to declare their contributions, allowing them 20 days to comply before imposing penalties. The agency aims to ensure all income is reported and contributions are paid, with specific procedures and forms established for compliance. Failure to declare can result in fines ranging from 50 to 500 lei.
