The e-Sănătatea Mea portal launches on September 1, allowing users to access medical prescriptions and documents online. Online appointment scheduling will start on October 1, 2026. Users can create accounts via the ROeID app or directly with their doctor. The portal is not mandatory, and those without smartphones can still access services traditionally.
