Noua modă a panourilor solare. Peste 1.000.000 de gospodării dintr-o țară UE au montat instalațiile pe balcon • Newsweek România
In Germany, over one million households have installed solar panels on their balconies, allowing them to reduce electricity bills by 10-25%. This innovative solution, known as "Balkonkraftwerk" or "balcony power plant," connects directly to a standard outlet, making it accessible for renters who cannot modify roofs. The system is easy to install and requires no permits, with a typical setup costing around 500 euros. Legislative changes have facilitated this trend, enabling tenants to utilize their balconies for solar energy without landlord approval. Each unit can generate between 600 and 900 kWh annually, contributing to significant CO₂ savings across the country.
