Nouă metodă de fraudă prin mesaje despre colete: escrocii încearcă să vă preia WhatsApp-ul / video

Police in Sibiu warn residents about a new online fraud scheme involving fake package notifications to gain access to WhatsApp accounts. Scammers send messages mimicking courier companies, urging users to click on links that lead to fraudulent sites. Victims who enter their details risk losing control of their accounts, which scammers then use to solicit money from friends and family. Authorities advise verifying package information through official courier websites and being cautious with personal data. They emphasize the importance of vigilance and encourage reporting any suspicious activity to the police.
