Noua lege a salarizării unitare se amână. Ministrul Muncii anunță încă două săptămâni de negocieri cu sindicatele
The implementation of the new unified salary law in Romania is postponed for two more weeks as negotiations with unions continue. Minister Dragos Pislaru stated that there is no consensus yet, particularly in the health and education sectors, which hinders the law's progress in Parliament. He anticipates that discussions will last until mid-August, aiming for a final version of the law. The minister assured that no current salaries would decrease due to the new law, and two-thirds of health sector employees are expected to receive salary increases. Ongoing negotiations also address the payment of on-call shifts, while a general strike in the health sector continues due to unresolved issues.
