The investment period runs from September 7 to October 2, 2026, with maturities of 1, 3, and 5 years, offering annual interest rates of 6.20%, 6.75%, and 7.15%. The income from these bonds is tax-exempt, and they are issued in dematerialized form. Purchases can be made through various channels, including Ghișeul.ro and local Treasury units. The Ministry also provides a guide for investors on transferring funds back to their bank accounts. The funds raised will support budget deficit financing and public debt refinancing.
