It emphasizes ethical conduct, transparency, and member engagement through accessible financial and operational information. A.L.E. seeks collaboration with other unions in Romania and the EU to share experiences and support legitimate actions. The organization is structured to operate in every county and aims to address the challenges posed by European energy policies.
