Norvegia - Cel mai mare fond suveran din lume vrea să îşi reducă semnificativ deţinerile de obligaţiuni guvernamentale ale SUA - Economica.net
Norway's sovereign wealth fund management has proposed a significant reduction in U.S. Treasury bond exposure to enhance returns. Norges Bank Investment Management suggests lowering government bond holdings from 70% to 50%, impacting U.S. Treasury bonds the most. This could mean an $80 billion cut from current holdings of $215 billion. The proposal responds to inquiries from the Norwegian Finance Ministry regarding investment strategies in bonds. Norges Bank IM plans gradual changes to minimize market impact. Additionally, they are considering increasing investments in unlisted assets to mitigate concentration risks, particularly in tech stocks. Currently, 71.3% of the fund's assets are in equities, with a slight decrease in fixed-income investments.
