Norbert Maior, lider în Raliul Iașului după primele două zile

Brașoveanul Norbert Maior leads the Iași Rally, the sixth stage of the National Rally Championship, after two days of competition, with a 14.7-second advantage over Andrei Gîrtofan. Starting with an 8.3-second deficit, Maior won three out of four special stages on Saturday. This is his first time competing in a Škoda Fabia Rally2, with Vlad Colceriu as his co-driver. Francesca Maior, his usual co-driver, is competing in the European Rally Championship in the UK. With a time of 43:03.7 after five stages, Maior is followed by Gîrtofan and Raul Badiu. Despite a minor incident on the last stage, Maior remains focused on maintaining his lead. A total of 51 teams are participating in this stage, with six more special stages scheduled for Sunday.
