The FP-7 can strike targets up to 300 kilometers away and is seen as a cost-effective alternative to U.S. ATACMS. Its deployment aims to enhance Ukraine's offensive capabilities and pressure Russia, potentially leading to negotiations. The company Fire Point plans to introduce a larger missile, the FP-9, by autumn, which could reach Moscow.
