Noile criterii de risc introduse de ANAF blochează rambursările de TVA şi afectează investiţiile şi exporturile, avertizează Camera Consultanţilor Fiscali

The new risk criteria introduced by ANAF for VAT reimbursement are hindering businesses and affecting investments and exports, particularly for compliant taxpayers. The Chamber of Fiscal Consultants (CCF) has raised concerns about these criteria, which can block VAT refunds even for companies meeting their tax obligations. One criterion involves shareholders listed in a non-public database, making it impossible for companies to verify their status. Another criterion relates to increased refund requests compared to previous periods, which can unfairly penalize businesses. CCF argues that these measures could lead to financial chain reactions, reducing tax revenues and hindering economic activity. They suggest that existing digital tools could effectively combat fraud without harming compliant businesses.
