Noi reguli pentru viitorii prosumatori

The Romanian government proposes new obligations for future prosumers, requiring them to purchase storage batteries for energy stability. A budget of 400 million lei is planned to support these systems. Prosumers will still have the right to store and sell energy, with new measures to balance excess production. Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan emphasized the need for storage to prevent system instability due to renewable energy fluctuations. He noted that many prosumers currently lack storage, leading to significant energy imbalances.
