Noi reguli pentru inteligența artificială, în UE. Obligații pentru platforme și etichetă pentru conținutul generat cu AI
The European Commission has introduced new guidelines for AI transparency, requiring providers to inform users when interacting with AI systems. These rules will take effect on August 2, 2026, alongside the AI Act's Article 50. Providers must ensure users know they are engaging with AI, and generative AI systems must label synthetic content for identification. Users and operators also have obligations to disclose AI-generated materials, especially in sensitive contexts. Exceptions exist for minor corrections. The Commission is developing a standardized label for AI-generated content and additional support tools for compliance.
