Noi reguli de securitate cibernetică pentru energie și gaze. Investițiile ar putea ajunge în tarifele plătite de consumatori
The Romanian Chamber of Deputies has approved a law introducing new cybersecurity obligations for energy and gas operators. The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) will set technical requirements and oversee cybersecurity strategies and investments. Eligible costs for these measures can be included in regulated tariffs, potentially affecting consumer prices. The law aims to enhance the protection of energy infrastructure against cyber threats. DNSC has 180 days to issue technical rules, followed by ANRE's review of tariff methodologies. Amendments regarding small installations and prosumers were rejected, leading to the project's return to the Senate for further consideration.
