The situation is temporary, and technical teams are working on resolving the problems. Users will not face fines for not being able to purchase tolls during this period. The platform had a high volume of traffic upon launch, leading to these issues. In the first day, over 45,000 route tickets were issued, and the system recorded around 50,000 users. Several problems, including payment processing and email confirmations, have been addressed to improve the platform's capacity and reliability.
