The TollRo platform is experiencing temporary technical issues, as announced by CNAIR. Users unable to pay the road tax during this period will not face penalties. Technical teams are working to resolve the problems, and the system is mandatory for vehicles over 3.5 tons starting October 1, 2026. The platform faced issues on its launch day due to high traffic and payment processor problems. CNAIR had previously requested a delay in implementation, citing readiness concerns, but this was not addressed by the Ministry of Transport. Transporters have also called for a postponement until the system is fully functional.
