Noi pești exotici în Marea Neagră, după transformările hidrografice ale Dunării

New exotic fish species have been discovered in the Black Sea due to hydrological changes in the Danube and climate change. The increase in salinity has allowed Mediterranean species to migrate to Romanian waters. Fishermen reported catches of rare species, including the sea rooster and the rockfish. Researchers are concerned about the impact of these changes on local ecosystems, especially with the increased maritime traffic following the war in Ukraine. The rockfish, originally from the Pacific, poses a potential threat to native species if it adapts and reproduces in the Black Sea.
