The fifth edition of the Carpathia Scholarships program is launched to support students passionate about natural sciences in the Făgăraș region. The initiative aims to enhance interest in nature conservation and improve local living conditions through educational projects. Eligible applicants are seventh-grade students from specific communes, with academic criteria including high grades in geography and biology. Selected students will receive 3,000 lei annually, divided into two payments, to cover educational expenses. This year, additional educational activities and a mini-camp are included. Applications are open from September 28 to October 21, 2026, with winners announced on November 5, 2026.
