Noi nume în proiectul Rivus din Cluj-Napoca: Teilor, Daar și Janine vor deschide magazine

New retail brands will open in Rivus Cluj-Napoca, a redevelopment project by Iulius and Atterbury Europe on the former Carbochim industrial site. Teilor, a Romanian jewelry brand, will establish a store, along with Daar and Janine, both part of Teilor Holding. The project aims to create a premium shopping experience and integrate various functions, including cultural and entertainment spaces. Rivus will cover 14 hectares and is expected to become a major urban destination in Romania, with an investment exceeding half a billion euros. The retail space is already 80% contracted, and the development is supported by a green syndicated loan of 400 million euros.
