Another yellow alert for strong winds is in effect for Dobrogea, eastern Muntenia, and southeastern Moldova on Friday. Rainfall amounts may reach 30-50 l/sq m in some areas, with wind gusts of 50-70 km/h expected. In Bucharest, thunderstorms and rain are forecasted for Thursday, with a maximum temperature around 28 degrees. Friday's weather will improve, with temperatures close to seasonal averages.
