Nivelul Dunării, în ușoară creștere începând de săptămâna viitoare. Procedura de scufundare a ultimelor două barje continuă sâmbătă

The National Administration 'Apele Române' announced the completion of the sinking procedure for the second barge on the Bala Arm. The operation took about five hours per barge, with controlled flooding to ensure stability. Two additional barges will be sunk to create artificial thresholds, redirecting part of the water flow. Currently, the Danube's flow remains stable at around 1,400 cubic meters per second, with a slight increase expected due to recent rainfall in Austria. The water level at Cernavodă has decreased slightly, but a stabilization trend has been noted since August 11.
