The cold will be felt first in the northern half of the country, with maximum temperatures ranging from 14 to 21 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperatures could drop to 2 degrees Celsius in certain areas. Rainfall amounts are expected to be between 10-15 liters per square meter, with isolated areas receiving up to 30 liters. A yellow warning for wind intensification is also issued for specific regions on September 21.
