Romanian President Nicușor Dan will hold a phone conversation with European Council President António Costa on October 6 to prepare for the upcoming Council meeting. He will also participate online in the 'Friends of Competitiveness' meeting and attend an event on the Holocaust later in the day. Additionally, Dan appointed Luca Niculescu as Prime Minister after previous attempts failed. Niculescu has ten days to present his ministerial list and government program to Parliament for a vote.
