Nicușor Dan lipsește din nou de la Ziua Marinei

President Nicușor Dan was absent from the Romanian Navy Day celebrations in Constanța for the second consecutive year, while Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan attended the official ceremony. The Presidential Administration has not provided an official reason for Dan's absence, although he sent a message highlighting the strategic importance of the Black Sea. Last year, he also missed the event, stating he wanted to break the tradition of presidential attendance. The central event in Constanța featured over 3,500 military personnel and various naval demonstrations.
