Nicușor Dan, la centenarul PNȚ: „Democrația este pusă în discuție”. Ce spune despre valorile europene

He noted that while Romania achieved democracy after communism, not all citizens view it as a value to uphold. Dan highlighted the historical struggles of PNȚ members during communist repression, asserting that their commitment to values distinguishes the party. He stressed the need to reaffirm democracy, as public support for it is not universal. Additionally, he addressed the significance of Christian values and mutual respect in combating societal hatred, while maintaining the secular nature of the state. The speech took place at the PNȚ centenary celebration.
