Ukrainian President Zelensky acknowledged isolated cases of school closures but assured that no institutions would be shut down during the war. He emphasized the need for local authorities to communicate any issues promptly. The situation in Orlivka is under investigation, with 99% of its population being ethnic Romanians, located near the Romanian border and vulnerable to Russian attacks.
