Nicușor Dan critică materialul Recorder despre Pahonțu: „Titlul nu este justificat de conținut. Nu știu care este scandalul”

President Nicușor Dan defended Lucian Pahonțu, head of the SPP, against allegations from a Recorder investigation, stating he does not believe Pahonțu participated in the repression of protests. Dan criticized the investigation's title as misleading and emphasized that changes in leadership should have occurred earlier if not for political crises. He acknowledged the need for discussions regarding the leadership of various services but questioned the existence of a scandal surrounding Pahonțu. Dan reiterated that he views the SPP as a professional service, although he admitted he has not conducted a specific managerial evaluation of Pahonțu.
