Nicușor Dan avertizează că ar putea retrimite în Parlament Legea decarbonizării

President Nicușor Dan announced he will use all constitutional powers, including reexamination requests, if the decarbonization law passes Parliament unchanged. The Senate adopted the law with an amendment allowing coal plants to operate until replaced. PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu urged the interim Prime Minister to renegotiate deadlines in Brussels. Dan emphasized the importance of energy security and Romania's commitments, warning that the law's current form could jeopardize EU funding. He also highlighted the promulgation of laws necessary for accessing European funds, which will improve public services and quality of life.
