Nicușor Dan atacă la CCR noua Lege a integrității. Președintele contestă declarațiile de avere ale partenerilor demnitarilor și efectele incompatibilităților – Aleph News

Nicușor Dan has challenged the new Integrity Law at the Constitutional Court, questioning provisions regarding asset declarations by partners of officials. He argues that the law lacks clarity on what constitutes a relationship similar to marriage and its implications. Additionally, he contests a rule that allows individuals declared incompatible to lose their positions retroactively. Dan believes these provisions may violate constitutional principles, including clarity, equality, and privacy. The Constitutional Court will review these challenges, alongside similar complaints from USR and PNL.
