President Nicușor Dan has invited political parties to consultations at Cotroceni Palace regarding the nomination of a new prime minister candidate. The consultations are scheduled throughout the afternoon with various parties, including PSD, PNL, and USR. Following the failure of Siegfried Mureșan's government, Dan emphasized the need for parties to come prepared with viable solutions. Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan reiterated his stance against collaborating with PSD but indicated a willingness to support a PSD-led government to resolve the ongoing crisis. Bolojan was also summoned for questioning by DNA in a separate case.
