Nicușor Dan anunță consultări și desemnează un nou premier luni

President Nicușor Dan announced new consultations with political parties at Cotroceni, following a failed attempt to form a government. He expressed gratitude to Siegfried Mureșan for his serious approach and emphasized the need for political consensus. Dan urged parties to organize internal meetings and propose viable solutions. He reassured citizens of a pro-Western direction and commitment to financial obligations. The Mureșan government received only 182 votes in Parliament, falling short of the required 233, leading to a new nomination process. Although conditions for dissolving Parliament exist, Dan prefers to avoid early elections.
