The amendments enhance guarantees for minority languages in schools, particularly for Romanian-speaking students. Dan emphasized the importance of ensuring that Romanian students in Ukraine can continue their education in their native language at the high school level. He noted that the changes strengthen the legal framework for minority education while maintaining the role of the Ukrainian language. Romania will continue discussions with Ukrainian authorities to monitor the implementation of these provisions and protect the rights of Romanian communities in Ukraine.
