Ciucu mentioned that the president has tested several technocrat candidates, although he is unaware of their identities. He clarified that a true technocrat should have a professional background unrelated to any political party. The ongoing political deadlock has seen failed nominations for prime minister, with the current interim government led by Ilie Bolojan facing challenges in forming a stable administration.
